A Private Surf Lesson Includes: Safety points about the beach, the waves and your kit How to warm up properly Equipment features How to negotiate through the surf safely Paddling and correct positioning Catching waves and timing Basic board control techniques Different techniques to get you standing Improver and advanced skills dependant on your level of surfing Plenty of in water friendly feedback to help you improve Those taking part should: Be able to swim Be 7 years old or above, unless accompanied by an adult on their activities Notify us of any medical conditions that may affect your safety, or the safety of other water users What to bring with you: A towel Swimwear for underneath your wetsuit £1 coin for the lockers All of our activities are tide dependant. By selecting a private surf lesson you are booking 2 x 2 hour private surf session. Your start times will be confirmed upon receipt of your booking. All participants need to sign in 15 minutes before your activity starts. You will need to bring with you swimwear, a towel.
